Entangled Artwork WIP – Angela Porter

This can be a work in progress, and I drew a part of it throughout at present’s YouTube Draw With Me ‘tutorial’. It’s one other piece of ‘comforting’ artwork; I drew some Entangled Artwork yesterday and at present to assist soothe my ragged feelings and ideas.
A giant dose of Star Wars yesterday afternoon and night (4 movies in complete!) and a few intuitive, entangled drawings appeared to assist tremendously. And a comparatively good evening’s sleep was had, too, finally!
The worry and existential dread that had risen up deep in my decrease stomach appear to have been dispelled, and I really feel extra content material and like my traditional self.
I’m, nevertheless, keenly conscious of some private challenges forward of me within the subsequent weeks and months or extra. So, I really feel I’m in a sunny, flowery woodland glade, and the monstrous forest lurks round me, ready for me to relaxation, get well and be able to take the subsequent steps on this journey.
And it may well look ahead to some time. It’s been a tricky three months or so – harm to ribs, the overwhelming misery in the course of the “vacation season”, the strain of deadlines as soon as I may work once more, and another revelations. I’d somewhat like a little bit of a break from all of it! Oh, and the previous week has been very ‘people-y’ – brunch out with a pal, two funerals, a big assembly in particular person, and a go to from one other pal.
This previous week pushed me to my limits and drained my emotional, psychological and bodily power. However I’ll get well. “This too shall go.” And so it has, for some time a minimum of!
It’s so good to really feel contented with out intense worry, anxiousness, and upset. And it’s good to really feel I can do some artwork simply to get pleasure from it. That’s one thing that’s been lacking for a pair or perhaps a few weeks.
The trick now could be to recollect entangled artwork, and a Star Wars marathon is absolutely good for me! Not at all times simple when within the grip of a loopy rollercoaster experience of careening feelings and ideas.
